BWS Holiday Hours

Belize Water Services takes this opportunity to wish everyone a blessed and safe St. George's Caye Day and 40th Independence Day!

Also please be advised of our shortened office hours for the holidays.

Notice to Customers Limiting Visitations

Belize Water Services reminds customers, that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Customer Services visits at all branches are restricted to senior citizens and appointments only. Customers are encouraged to access our services remotely via telephone, WhatsApp messages, e-mail, or social media requests.

Our cashier services continue to be available country-wide; however, we encourage customers to utilize the online banking portals to make payments and to avoid long lines.

Let's all do our part to stop the spread of this deadly virus. Please remember to wear your masks properly, maintain social distance, wash or sanitize your hands regularly, and follow all other safety protocols.

BWS' Communications System Shutdown

BWS advises customers that our Communications System will undergo a shutdown on Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 2:00PM to 5:00PM to complete our yearly electrical upgrade. During this time, our land-lines and email system will be down.

New Billing System

Effective, April 1, 2023; all customer account numbers will change.

Customer will need to input their current meter number to look up their new account number.
