I know this sounds stupid, but I fretted over this reef thing all night after I first read it. I can't beleive that there is no one monitoring them anchoring on the coral.
I remember there were special mooring stations set up when I was last there... I guess there is just to many boats at one time now.... Is there anything that Mito Paz can do? (He's the guy with green reef in San Pedro) I KNOW this has to turn him purple with rage as well. Sacriledge! Such disgraceful behaviour. It just makes my stomach ache.

My client who just returned said there was talk in town that the cruise shippers were not allowed at Hol Chan anymore and they were all going to Shark Ray Alley now. Anyone local know if this is true? She said there were 1000 + people in the water at Shark Ray when she was there.
