Nando (Emanual Fernando Trejo) is the "Boss" who started Island Air seven years
ago after working for a local airline for 12 years. He is very active in the
community as a voluntary special constable and the Mundo Maya Representative for
all of Belize. After talking to Nando for just a few minutes, you can see why
the airline has done so well. Attitude must be generated at the top, for Nando
has a quick smile and laugh that you will find throughout the entire company.
