Halloween Contest- Chico Flores wins again

Chico Flores won First Prize at the San Pedro Holiday Hotel's Halloween Costume Contest (again) with his "Skull" costume

The San Pedro Holiday Hotel held its annual Halloween Party on Friday, October 31st, 1997. As always it was a chilling success with many participants. Here are the winners of the evenings event, their winning costumes, categories and prizes. First Place was awarded Chico Flores - The Skull - Most Creative and to Arturo Bradley - The Anti Christ - Scariest. They both received a round trip ticket to any destination TACA flies. Second Place was given Rosa Portillo - The Carnivorous flower - The Scariest. She was awarded round trip tickets 2 two on Tropic Air, 2 nights accommodations for 2 at the Fiesta Inn, dinner for 2 at Radisson Fort George and lunch for 2 at Chateau Caribbean in Belize City.

Third Place was awarded to Antonette Polonio - The Soldier (Murray) - The Funniest. She received 2 nights accommodations for 2 at Ramon's Village, dinner for 2 at Elvi's Kitchen and one day free golf cart rental from Ramon's Golf Cart Rentals.

Fourth Place went to Omero Graniel - Two Face batman - The Most Elegant. He was awarded a hair cut, style and manicure from Martha Fuller of Hair Designs in Belize City and a $25.00 gift certificate from Brodies.

The Couple/Double prize went to two tourists who paraded as MTV's little darlings, Beavis and Butthead. They received 4 cases of Belikin Beer and 1 bottle of Tequila.

The Judges Favorites were the Cave Woman and the Happy Vampire; both were awarded 2 bottles of wine and a trip for 2 on the glass bottom boat.
