Yes, Amanda, most of Canada and the USA switched to daylight saving time on Sunday. Most of Mexico will switch on 3 April. I say "most of" because there are always some places that don't change.
But you have called others wrong and made a few inaccurate statements...
"No we don't stay on central time all year round."
In fact, Belize does stay on CST all year round, but we don't utilize CDT.
"Sometimes we are on central time and sometimes we are on mountain time"
We are never on MST, but you could say our time is the same as MDT.
"I said you are wrong if you think that Belize time and central time are the same year round Ernie B."
Belize time and CST are the same always.
