Belize NMS: A gradual improvement in weather conditions expected during the next 24 hours. Fair weather for most of the weekend then a few showers late Sunday through to Monday.
Advisories: Small Craft Caution for gusty winds and locally rough seas near heavy showers and thunderstorms.

elbert	On Ambergris Caye this morning it was difficult to find a patch of blue sky and this might be it for the day. Thunder, lightning and rain. The sea is calm and breeze from the ENE at 4 mph. Our expected high is 84. White Sands Dive Shop https://whitesandsdiveshop.com/

OP Marty	From Belmopan... The high level is still active an breaking out in ITCZ swell-ups, time and time again, another one just happened just off Belize City and now spread out over most of northern Belize. I actually saw small patches of blue sky this morning. Wednesday I measured 45mm or rain, Thursday 50mm ( 2" ) and so far this morning 15mm and more to come. The monthly average rain is now almost up to the typical for June. Continuing like yesterday, some dry periods, some wet, occasionally very heavy rain in parts. Temperatures in Belmopan: Today is probably going to be Similar, to yesterday : Wed, max 26°C 80°F Last night min 23°C 74°F ( Coast usually cooler, hills even cooler )
