Boats docking on the Belize River, downtown Belize City
I think its the "Patricia" or it might be the "Lolette" at dock.
Looks like the Governor's launch on the inside and the boat that used to go to San Pedro on the outside of it.
The Lolette was used more for general purpose, but the Patricia was used mainly by the Governor. I use to go on the Lolette to PG with the custom officers
Patricia rings a bell with me, remember my Father was English and the Governor would invite the small number of expats at the time in Belize on trips, so I am sure it was the Patricia.
In 1974 the Belize Volunteer Guards was Embodied. Hurricane Fife hit south, and the Belize Volunteer Guards went to the Hurricane shelters. Pick the food stuff that was left at the Hurricane shelters and place them on Patricia to be ship to the South that was hard hit. The Workers from Social Dept oversee.
As a young boy I went out on the Patricia to the Cayes as my Dad worked for the GOB back in the mid 50's to 1962
