Fido’s Courtyard and Pier located right in the heart of San Pedro is the oldest bar and restaurant on the Island. Newly renovated it is set on the beach under a giant palapa with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy your favorite drink or cocktail in this unique setting.

Our restaurant is casual with a unique blend of delicious local and exotic international foods. Some of the local favorites are homemade lobster soup, coco chili prawns, or Belizean rice and beans. Our friendly staff is ready to serve you. We are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.

There is also live entertainment 7 nights a week from 8 p.m. to midnight with beachfront entertainment. Monday joke night with Tim Budd, best joke wins a prize. Enjoy music by Barefoot Skinny. Tuesday rock the night away with Pineapple Willie. Wednesday listen to the best rock band in Belize, Category 7. Thursday Pineapple Willie plays with Dale Wallace Jr. on the drums. Friday Barefoot Skinny plays the best local and original music. Saturday Category 7 rocks to the 70’s and 80’s classics. Sunday The Fugitives go wild with acoustic and soul music. So get on your dancing shoes and enjoy a fun filled evening every night.

Fido’s is a unique plaza with many different shops including an art gallery, Belizean Arts specializing in original paintings by local artists, the shop also has cultural crafts and beautiful art pieces from Central America. Ambar hand-made jewelry, choose from a wide selection of jewelry hand-made by Elizabeth. If you would like to choose your own design and colors it can be custom made while you wait. Mambo Chill Boutique, has elegant clothes and accessories from around the world located at the entrance of Fido’s Courtyard. Sunsations is a wonderful shop with an assortment of crafts, clothes, books, and many gift items made in Belize.

We also have a pier where you can rent jet ski’s, kayaks, or go parasailing. You can catch the Island Ferry at the end of Fido’s dock to take you back to your hotel. Because Fido’s is centrally located it is a great meeting place or simply a fun place to have a drink and enjoy the view.

Upstairs at Alexander’s restaurant and bar is a beautiful room with a seaside view perfect for a private party or gathering. This spacious room over looks the main courtyard and the deck offers a lovely view of the barrier reef.
