Otter, I don't have stats for other jurisdictions, and I don't believe presenting them would do any good. This exchange doesn't seem to be about facts, but about beliefs. I jumped in on this subject to offer opposing information to what was being touted as the "truth" about an individual who cannot respond. I would have done so for anyone if I had knowledge that the information being presented was so biased. I'm starting to understand Pug withdrawing himself from this board.
