Ssuce Update
After an couple of hours of prep work "Zoe's Hair of the Dog" has now been bubbling away for over an hour, Our apartment is stsrting to smell like "Brother Jimmy's BBQ Restaurant" a few blocks away from us.
Another couple of hours to reduce down and it should be done....wish I had some Ribs to go with it!!
I have all my normal excuses planned for Belize customs..including my dog is on a special liquid diet, they won't realize that the dog is not coming with us on this trip!!
