IMHO, as of this morning Richard SEEMS far less threatening in general, and headed pretty far south of us - more like a visit to Placencia than San Pedro.

If it stays that far south the chances of it strengthening into a hurricane are super-low.

Am planning to pull my boat late today - better safe than sorry on that point.
