Caliente cooked our dinner from our catch when we went lobstering and fishing one day....it was out of this world! I would love to have the recipe for the way they fried the fish with the sesame seeds....best darned grunt I ever ate.... AND ESTELLE's has THE BEST Bloody Marys.
