Relatively clear skies over Belize this morning, some high cloud and fog in central Belize. there is virtually no Caribbean east winds, probably due to that hurricane in the Pacific. But that non-storm activity in the Caribbean INVEST 97L is coming our way with a lot of swellups and rain, not sure yet, when it will get to Belize, possibly tonight, more likely tomorrow Friday. It appears to be a collection of many swellups, no rotation so not a tropical storm, but swellup rain can have strong winds under them.

Looks like today will start sunny, after the fog has burnt off, then normal clouds developing later this morning, a small chance of some rain later, particularly in the south. Then heavy cloud and rain late this afternoon, evening or night.
