I want to buy some of the hand crafted chairs (the multi-colored wood ones) and a table like the ones we saw all over the island on our trip last year and have them shipped to Texas.

Can anyone suggest a company? We visited a shop in the center of town but have since lost their business card.

We did several internet searches and sent 4-5 emails requesting information(including one to the cabinet maker on SP) but NO ONE has responded. Who knew it would be so hard to spend a little money:)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We bought a carved mahogany door (corn god design) from them via internet which they shipped to our home in San Antonio. It was a very slick transaction and I'd recommend them. The door came in by international forwarding freight and was in perfect condition. It's just gorgeous!

ckocian - I've seen those doors. They kick ass!When I get my next house, those will definitely be on the bill. New River has a great site.

From personal experience I know Graniels will do a good job too and ship to the states as well for anyone looking for killer wood items that are truly unique
