My husband and I recently returned from Ambergris Caye. We had such a wonderful time. We fell in love with San Pedro. Everyone was so friendly. The local food is delicious. The street vendors have some really tasty items. I really enjoyed learning how to scuba dive. The reef is so beautiful. I can so go for some jerk chicken, rum punch, and Belikin right now. Driving the golf cart to Rojo for lunch was a trip. So many people were turning around due to the road conditions, but we kept going. So glad we did, Rojo and Azul are beautiful. Wednesday night at Wet Willies was a blast. We also went to Caye Cualker, Maruba Jungle Spa and the ruins. The flights and ferry get you anywhere you need to go. We will be back for sure. Belize is definitely a very special place. Hope it stays this way forever.
