Another vote for Charlene. She catered a big party for my 40th b-day. AWESOME ! Too bad every birthday can't be at BC's.

Charlene runs a tight ship(takes no BS from her staff and is respected by her staff) and oversees everything. Excellent food and excellent prices. Charlene will give you a fair price and take care of you no doubt.

Why not ask Susan... the manager at Xanadu.. she has referred many clients to catering opportunities - for weddings, etc.

Su coordinates a lot of weddings at Xanadu. Last August I arrived just in time to watch a wedding right on the beach in front of the hotel. The wedding reception was around the pool - very nicely done. I called her last week to modify my reservation and she wasn't available because she was hosting yet another wedding.

If you talk to Charlene, ask her about including "pibil" in a buffet. It is a Mayan pulled pork kind of dish and very popular in the region. She has incorporated it into several caterings I have been to and it is always a hit. Would be something special for your guests I think.
