do u think restaurants in town will fill up quickly with reservations across town for new years??? like when is the latest i can make reservations?? ...obviously the sooner the better.... thanks!

i'm arriving in sp on dec 12 for 5 weeks, do you think i'll be able to wait til i get there to make reservations somewhere???

For most restaurants, I would make a reservation AT LEAST one week out. When you get here, spend a week getting aquainted with the restaurants then make your reservation.
