Really nice lot for sale at Mata Grande area, High elevation ,great vegetation second row off the beach ,with beach access. Would like to know which lot it is. Is it behind Los Encantos by chance? Los Encantos is south of Sun Diver a quarter of a mile or so. thanks

"Sundiver" used to be "The Caye", I believe. So, it is just north of Sundiver.
