Small is fine, quiet is preferred, clean, & safe is neccessary...i'm creative I can make any space sing. I'm very clean, neat,quiet and responsible. Also- Open to renting a room in a neat-quiet home, (kitchen a must) excellent chef. $$ Dependant on space..
