Thanks for you comments!!! I wanted to go to the mainland but did not want to do all that back and forth traveling, so why not grab an opportunity. Plus the days fit into my plans and I like you want to retire in Belize. I love the island so I want to take that chance to see what the mainland has to offer, alot from what I read.I hope that you do find people to hang out with. Good Luck and have a great trip. Looking forward to hearing all about it whenever you arrive home.

Thank You VERY MUCH!! Jackie, I appreciate your well-wishes! I always have a fine time in Mexico, but I am longing to return to Belize! Just worried family will be put out since I am supposed to be visiting them :rolleyes: in Mexico....However, life is short so I may get selfish and just go for it!! I will post as soon as I get back and hopefully have some photos too!
