should we take water bottles for the various ruin/jungle tours? can you get refills along the way?

I believe that all tours provide you with drinks, including water. Just ask.

We went with Seaduced to Lamanai and they furnished everything including lunch.That included rum punch,beer and water.
I highly recommend that trip!
