Blindfold me give me a hour of taste testing the two, east coast/ maine ,and caribbean .and I will let you know the results,oh yes a big bib to keep dripping melted butter of my shirt ..

I love it a lobster /manatee party .ok no manatee ..but a lobster eating clothing optional party in sanpedro.it will be the party of the year we can have it at the cappys love shack..

I will gladly assist Captain Jeff in a taste testing session of lobsters from around the world, but my preference will probably be a good ole juicy Maine lobster. Grilled and "kicked up"(think Emeril) with seasoned butter.

Kicked up: minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, dash of salt, dash of Worchestershire sauce, dash of red pepper flakes, couple T of chopped fresh parsley - all in melted butter. Try this on the grill - to die for!
