Expressing an opinion on the economic or political policy of a nation is "hate?" Whew... You'd have to delete your own account several times over.

What attitude? I encourage them to nationalize all the means of production owned by Brazil, Spain, France and Britain. Viva La Revolucion!!!

Keep dreaming about the wording Jesse....it's still nationalization.

"Finally, Brazil's pragmatic president, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, could also constrain Mr. Morales' ambitions. Brazil is now effectively Bolivia's only foreign investor, and its role is likely to grow even more crucial, because Mr. Morales promises to nationalize the subsoil and keep high royalties on oil and natural gas exploitation that have kept out investors from other countries. So Bolivia will need Petrobras, the Brazilian energy giant, to expand its investments."

We will see if another socialist country (brazil) is willing to curtail their profits (and tax base for Brazil) for the sake of Bolivians......and then invest more capital!

Hard money investors expect to make more than the 8-10% the stock markets return.....Drilling companies are going to want higher profits whether they are from Chino or the US. The fuel has to be shipped and refined......and Venezuela is certainly closer to Belize.......but you guys deal with that guy...I think he just likes his name in the paper.....his country is still poor when all should be rich.......cut your best deal....that's the American Way!

The point is you need to do something with your petro....and it needs refining.....that is either the good ole USA or Venezuela.....and I frankly don't care which one you choose...because it is still going to sell at market rate around the world!!!!!

I would prefer that Belize not have anything to do with the US at all concerning their oil or oil production....we already get blamed for every problem in the world......I'd prefer some other nation get sheet upon this time.
Send it to China...good luck.
