Keep dreaming about the wording Jesse....it's still nationalization.
"Finally, Brazil's pragmatic president, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, could also constrain Mr. Morales' ambitions. Brazil is now effectively Bolivia's only foreign investor, and its role is likely to grow even more crucial, because Mr. Morales promises to nationalize the subsoil and keep high royalties on oil and natural gas exploitation that have kept out investors from other countries. So Bolivia will need Petrobras, the Brazilian energy giant, to expand its investments."
We will see if another socialist country (brazil) is willing to curtail their profits (and tax base for Brazil) for the sake of Bolivians......and then invest more capital!
You will just have to study up , that socialism not only works, but can excel. As in this EDF.http://www.edf.fr/1i/Accueilfr.html
Just look below a little at the yellow map.
Gee, every person has health coverage in europe, that's like giving everyone a blanket. And it's less likely that someone will try and take yours because of it.
The tens of thousands that work at EDF are all government workers. BUT !!!! They go on strike anytime the government talks about selling. You will never read that from AP. Besides as a former freight broker , i know the same product can change hands four or five times ,before the product makes it to its destination. This is what chavez has cut. It has upset the brokers of oil, the brokers of boats, the brokers of storage, and so on.
