Getting very close to moving down ( after 14 trips) and I am wondering from those of you receiving social security as to how to handle direct deposits. Mine is deposited in a US bank but I am told that SS ADM can not do a direct deposit to a Belize Bank.

Thanks,

Ben

My S/S is direct deposited into my US Bank checking account which I can monitor on-line. I then write checks and cash them in San Pedro at an exchange rate of BZ$2.07... a nice little "bonus". That account also has a cash card which I use to shop on-line.

Thanks Jesse,

Is there a waiting period before the bank will give you the cash??

Thanks,
Raul

Trust me, you won't be doing this at the bank.
