I will be in San Pedro in June. I would like to go to Guatemala for a few days then back to San Pedro. Is there a flight from San Pedro to Guatemala City and back or do I have to fly back to Belize City?

There are no flights to Guatemala City from San Pedro. Tropic Air has a couple of flights a day from Belize International (20-minute hop from San Pedro) to Flores near Tikal, and from there you can connect to Guate City. One of the Guatemala commuter airlines also has Belize City-Flores service. You used to be able to get to Guatemala City from Belize City on TACA (usually flying through TACA's hub at San Salvador) but TACA has reduced service to Belize, and I'm not sure what the status is now.

There is no direct flight fron San Pedro To Guatemala City but Maya Island offers a flight from Belize City to Flores, Guatemala and from there you can fly to Guatemala City.Airfare Belize City To Flores is 80.00 USD each way. Also Taca Airlines offer flights to Guatemala City via El Salvador.
