is it possible for btl to block voice to voice calls on the computer? ...i did try it just for fun and got thru.

I've been using SKYPE for several months now to talk to my best friend in Afganastan. Skype is free as long as it's between SKYPE users. It's free download and works really good. I'm on a cable modem and he has a satalite link. Of course that from Arizona, not from AC. Dial-up probably doesn't have the bandwidth to handle it well, but DSL should.
