Hello all,
I found it important to report late last year when we had our accident in golf cart #8 and the resultant issues that followed. I feel it is equally important to let everyone know that the owner of Island Supermarket, Mr. Haramouch has decided he would like to resolve the situation amicably. It has come to my attention that Mr. Haramouch has instructed his lawyer, Aldo Reyes, to drop all charges and file a Notice of Discontinuance. I am hoping to receive paperwork soon so that we may put this all behind us. I am grateful that Mr. Haramouch has taken this into consideration and do feel he is showing that he has the communities best interest at heart. My husband and I have felt that we placed a terrible burden on the SPBA and prayed that it would not be costly. We will let you know when it is all finalized and hopefully there will still be some "crawling" to do later in the year wink
Sincerely,
Sandra and Norman Warren

Amicable is always good. This should have been "amicable" from day one.

When #8 crashed last year, it was usually Jeff Gordons fault!

Great news!! I do believe that all of you on this "board" had some influence in swaying this decision. You stood up for what was just and right!
