Ok, here's a question for all you who have kids or know the answer to this.

Just trying to put together a pre-trip shopping list of things we need to bring with us. We are hauling our 2 kids around with us, and need to know if we should be bringing diapers or buying them when we get to San Pedro.

Anyone know what brands are available and the costs/quantities available in San Pedro for Size 1 (8-14lbs) and Size 6 (35+ lbs) diapers?

Brands would be great, as sometimes, the cheaper diapers (or no name ones) often cause rashes on our kids if they're constructed with a kind of plastic type material.

Just trying to decide if we should pack our own, or buy when we're down there. Thanks!!

we use the cheepo mexican diapers i think the brand name is bebin), no rashes. brand names like huggies are just too darn expensive. the cheepos, we pay $16bze for a 40 pack. they have all sizes. the huggies are about $40 for the same size. so if u want to haul the good ones down only do it if your super picky about the brand. the one thing i wont comprimize on is the butt whipes. here the cheepos are nasty and give my daughter a rash. u can find good butt whipes but they are VERY expensive. So either bring your own or be prepared to shell out a few bucks. If you can stop in town, on middle street there is a shop called warpaint. its a chartruce green building, they sell good butt whipes in a refill pack. not sure exactly how many are in the package, but we pay $25bze and it lasts a few weeks. on a toally seperate note there is a great place just south of town to take the tots. its called KSV playland. they have the big infladable jumpers. email me if u have any other questions.

Since you won't be taking the diapers back with you that just gives you more room for packing all the fun things you buy from the shops and vendors.
