At the risk of getting crucified here, I'd like to know why the thread about the Palapas Bar break-in was moved to the chat area?

I hope it's not just because it is a negative story that we don't want travelers knowing about.

I see a disturbing trend developing here.

I'm sure my thresd will soon follow.

Do you think that the travellers reading this board don't read "Chat"?

Actually Cueball, a lot of the locals and expats are on the board also and use it for purposes other than tourism. This is a multi-purpose board. Everything is not a conspiracy. Would you be more apt to question a tourist board where everything is sunshine and roses? I would. Lighten up, come on down.

Moving a thread is fine. It's the occasional censorship that gets some of us worked up. Save your energy cueball.

Just asking...Most tourists who drop by this board will mainly visit the main board as evidenced by the number of hits...I don't know what criteria is used on moving things to chat, but it seems all negative news ends up there.

Technically, it was not moved, it was merged. There were two threads. Often when the banter goes on & on and becomes more chatty in nature it gets moved to a more appropriate area. No big deal.

Perhaps YOU, Mr Cue, should heed your own advice and LIGHTEN UP....slow learner I guess.
