Thanks to all of you. It sounds like CC still maintains its charm eventhough it's growing and, if one is willing to look for them, reasonable food and loding is still to be had.

Things are still rainy and gray in ORegon. I wish I was there.

Hey Oregon Girl

We just got back from CC and it is still nice and not too built
up. It is changing with more condos and such but it was still a
great two weeks and while the food is more expensive than the
past it is still affordable by my standards. You can still get
local meals served on the beach for $4US like stewed chicken and
rice and beans and coleslaw.
