Its to rough to dive today. The wind causes waves and the waves make the cuts to choppy to get to the dive sites on the outside of the reef.
The full moon is a factor. I've noticed a strong correlation to full moons and rough sea state.
We don't have an official ruling for the island on 'closed because of rough weather' situations but common sense and good judgment will have dive operators tied to the dock today.
