That would be the super lotto.

Why can't they put large balloons under it, fill them with air and float it off the reef, as has been done in other places? It could have already been done and floated into more shallow water, to be broken up. The sooner the better.

Seashell Since the reef comes right up to the surface and its sitting right on top of it it would be impossible to get the floats under it.

Also its real jagged on the reef and most likely even if you could get them under they would be torn and deflate.

Has to be towed off in a high tide or it will blow over and beach itself for eternity........there are several large old tanks laying on the beach north of Rocky Point similarly.

...barge looks fairly sturdy and intact.

Why leave it where it is, designate it an "island" and develop it... make it the shape of a palm tree to something? Plenty of space for a dozen-odd condos and you already have a built in cistern!!! All ya need is a bit of sand here, paint there, offer some attractive pre-construction pricing and you'd be all set!!!
