Obviously Johnny and I are not cut from the same political cloth, but I will laugh at funny jokes, that just isn't funny, it wouldn't be fummy if you substituted George Bush or Ronald Reagan.

I find it funny that those who suggest others get a sense of humor complain the loudest when their puritan sensibilities are offended.
And something I learned a long time ago, just because you're laughing when punching a kid, doesn't mean it's funny, or that you're not a bully.
