My mom did the same thing yrs ago and said the meat was kosher, but you still need a permit from BAHA now. Your customs agent may not know about kosher law, but many Belizeans know Jewish people are not supposed to eat pork. People are savier here than you think.

They patterned the "Most Interesting Man in the World" off of Ernie.

He doesn't always eat ham, but when he does, he prefers kosher.
