i like being part of a palce i want to live in a really non touristy non expat area my house initaly is in a village that doesnt even have a train and nary a tourist i like being part of a culture not try to bring my culture to a place

You will definitely not find a train on San Pedro. As to living in a non tourist area without dealing with tourists, I don't think that is possible in SP. There are many, many tourist in both SP and CC.
