Some people start off in Mexico and end up moving to Belize, I know others that have started in Belize and move to Mexico which is what the Kumar's are doing and why they are having a Bittersweet Big moving sale. The title of Carolyn's email was Bittersweet and I totally agree with that, Surendra, Carolyn and Nina will be missed by many on the island. On a positive note, we can now pop over to Tulum and visit the Kumars on our way to visiting all friends in Paya Del Carmen.

If you have it on your mind to move to Belize and you are not a second hand shopper, you might want to reconsider. Moving and yard sales are 2 great ways to shop, we have scored some good stuff over the years that other people were letting go of for what ever reason.

Since their new condo is completely furnished,they are selling off what they acquired while here, all the new condition furniture, appliances, drapes, housewares, and the Polaris. I have been to their house and not only to thet have great taste, they take very good care of their things. Saturday afternoon after a day deep in fishing research, I was planning to go home when Dick convinced me that I should come to town and pick up Erika with him. She was due in on the last Caye Caulker Water Taxi. Right up to the last minute I was not going to go and then I suddenly decided I would trade in answering emails and get town and beach pictures instead. I am sure glad I did, we ended up with Al Pastor tacos from La Hora and dark chocolate m&m's for dessert.
