My Wife and I along with our daughter and pug are looking for some assistance for locating a rental property from at least 6 months and up to 3 years.

Our plan is to arrive at the end of June 2019

We are looking for the following:

2-3 bedroom condo on the North Side of the bridge
Updated appliances, open floor plan
Property with parking for 1 golf cart.
Property with pool and possible security
1-2 bathrooms with one bathroom having a tub
Furnished with updated furnishings
Pet friendly for small dog ( pug )

We have already been to the island earlier this past month and are plans are to come again to secure accommodation in early March 2019 with hopes of viewing a few options.

We are also securing a spot for our daughter at the Island Academy

Any Help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello Chad.... As you may have already discovered, long term rentals can be both scarce & pricey..... However, there are a few throughout the year that come up. You are looking enough in advance your planning will prove to be a benefit. Below are two links to long term Property Managers on the island..... Not sure if they can meet all these requirements, however I know they have access to some nice homes.
