My Wife and I along with our daughter and pug are looking for some assistance for locating a rental property from at least 6 months and up to 3 years.

Our plan is to arrive at the end of June 2019

We are looking for the following:

2-3 bedroom condo
Updated appliances, open floor plan if possible
Property with pool and possible security
2 bathrooms 2 bath if possible
Furnished
Pet friendly for small dog ( pug )

I own 2 units at PV. One on top of the other with a connecting door. Pet is ok. Pool, gated and walking distance to everything.
I would make a deal on both units. One is avail now and the other is avail Aug 1. One has bathtub and one has shower. Newly remodeled with granite and new furniture a few years ago. Queen size beds new appliances and ac units. Call me if interested. Both units usually 1250 each plus utilities
I would do $1900 plus utilities a month for both?
