In an effort to help the hospitality industry re-open on August 15th, HTS - Belize has revised some of its current training programs to fit within the BTB and Ministry of Tourism reopening guidelines and new Gold standard for accommodations.

Certified Guest Room Attendant

Cost - $50 per person (Training only)
Certification - $150 bzd AHLEI exam fee (optional)
Duration- 3 days
Time- 9:00am-4:00pm (one hour lunch break)

AHLEI's guest room attendant training and certification recognizes the skill and knowledge needed to keep guest rooms clean, safe and maintained at a lodging property. START for guest room attendant is intended for employees/trainees in either an online or class room setting. It does not require an on the job training component.
