I like the fuji underwater disposable. Got some pretty good pix, I'll post them when they're scanned and enhanced. As far as the airport, they probably won't hand inspect disposables. They'll want to xray them. I just gave up and let them do it, my 20 rolls of slide film were more important. I wouldn't use the lead bags, they're going to make you open them up. Take your 35 mm film in a clear gallon ziplock, OUT of the plastic cans. Tell them it is 800 speed, they won't know the difference. that seems to be the threshold the TSA kiddies are trained to accept. We had 12 different flights to get to AC and back, so I went through my share of airport security. A couple times i was told it was "too much trouble" to hand inspect, but they did it anyway when I politely insisted.
more important than anything with photos, ESPECIALLY underwater, is the quality of the processing. You spent a fortune on the trip, don't trust your memories to walmart processing.
