Six of us (two adults non-drinkers and four teenagers)are coming down after Christmas for two weeks. I'm I going to have trouble keeping the four boys entertained for that lenth of time?
Could use suggestions on things to do.
Thanks

AC is a very laid back place. I suggest you plan several day trips to the mainland spread out over your time there; have the boys bring a game or two; if your of the kind that plays poker and allows the boys to as well - bring some cards and poker chips for them; do any of the boys have a drivers license? - Rent them a golf cart; snorkel snorkel snorkel; eat, drink (virgin cocktails), and explore. Eat, drink, explore. If they are the type that cannot entertain themselves for very long you might have a problem.

The crocs generally like chickens better than teenagers.

The youngest is on the small side, if I tape feathers to him he may pass.

you can rent bikes and let them explore the north and south parts of the island ,if the kids play sports bring balls and gloves or scoccer ball there are fields around town . Card games are great .They also have a video theater. Lots of kids on the island to meet.Bring fishing gear. Lots of time they have functions in the town center. Good luck

Definitely let the kids drink. laugh

Take 'em parasailing once with Tony. They'll have a ball. Spend at least one whole day fishing, snorkeling and having a beach BBQ. There is a wealth of guides who'll do that for you.

Take a drive up north and have lunch one day. Go to the Chicken Drop on Wednesday night and teach 'em to gamble. Spend a day or two in town and just hang out with the locals. Definitely go to Lamani (or Altun Ha). Take the cave tubing and Belize Zoo tour. Take your credit cards. Walk the beach. Repeatedly. Stay away from the 'gator feeding...something bad's bound to come of that sooner or later.

Seriously, there are lots of tours, fishing, snorkeling and such to do if you don't mind paying for them. Heck, enroll them in scuba classes and get them certified. That'll keep 'em out of trouble. wink

Parasailing thats a good one. I still like the chicken thing.Snorkeling four or five times is planned, bringing football, soccer ball.
Thanks for info and suggestions.
The boys are good at entertaining themselves but if I let them, Pity to you all.
