Fido Badillo, long ago

Top photo 1980 or before.

Francis Paul Ripp: If you knew Fido then you knew there was only one. Very good friend who delivered a million laughs. He always messed with kids and they loved it. He was a damn good cook but did not do as good a job cleaning up after cooking.

Mito Paz: He grew up with us and was an older brother to me and Chefy. He was my father's right hand man and helped him bake bread on a firewood brick oven. His nickname was El Diablo. RIP brother of the heart.

Mario Hernandez: Fido (el diablo) Badillo. My grandfather bought a 3wheel honda cycle from him. I remember his palapa he had a sea grape tree in front.

Vicki Crofton: Fido married Linda they had two beautiful children Angela and Andre the had Hotel del Rio and an exceptionally beautiful sea grape tree in the yard that Andre and Cody were always climbing.

Lisa Yenser: I love the whole Badillo family! They treated me so well and helped me experience some of my best childhood memories in Belize. From sleep overs at their house to windsurfing and the glass bottom boat…going o

ut on the Hobie Cat….and all the teasing. I love them all.
