as long as the people that "they" let come here(AC) without a job, and without any bussines on the island(no family, no house to live in) crime will be around and drugs go hand in hand with crime. these people mix with the locals, and thats when things happen. "There was no crime on the island back in the 50's,60's, and even the 70's, they only had one policeman, and you hardly ever saw him" said my grandfather who has been there since 1950's. yep its pretty much the laws of economics if theres demand than supply will always be present.
