In the news today: Morales has backed off his assertation that he would "nationalize" the natural gas resources of Boliva...instead he is going to work with the gas companies to increase the tax revenues they pay to the Bolivian government........could of sworn I just read something on the Board about increased taxes in Belize.......Not being judgemental.....just the facts.
