If you cannot afford to sustain yourself in a foreign country (especially a developing country), its probably unwise to plan on attending school there. There are no "jobs" for non Belizeans in Belize, the country cannot even afford to employ most of the young people who graduate college or even high school. Belize has a terrible "brain drain"of educated young people who leave for lack of decent employment.
If Belizean citizens cannot find employment, foreigners should not expect to do so.
There are exceptions of course, if you bring capital to invest (or you have a close relative who owns a business down there and can "pull strings" on your behalf), or if you possess very unusual job skills that no Belizean can fill (and it would have to be very unusual indeed to fall into that category) but otherwise, you should not count on finding a "job."
You should also be aware that the cost of living is quite high on Ambergris Caye, higher than in many areas of the US.
You would be better off finding a medical school in the U.S., unless you have sufficient savings to sustain yourself, a family who can sustain you, or a very hefty student loan or grant.
