Your reaction partially explains why things are not getting better but getting worse. I never once said any of the ideas that I put forth were the end all and be all of the dog problems in San Pedro. I simply put forth concepts that have worked in other parts of the world. You on the other hand have done nothing except criticize. If all of the world sat on their butts and complained we would all still in a "third world country". Now you are just trying to be an ass.
