CCHS is hearing whispers about a dog eradication due this week. We have been unable to persuade them otherwise. In some respects I cannot blame them, the dogs are loose, hungry and causing all kinds of problems all over the island. Night times are noisy with dog barking from neighbourhood to neighbourhood. There are complaint forms available at village council so that if we can work out which dogs are causing the problems, then we can humanely euthanise or try to find homes for, but ,,,,,,,, we are out of time and the CCVC is out of patience having asked us all to keep our dogs on leashes, nobody is. Dogs are wild, problem is exponential. HELP YOUR DOGS BY KEEPING THEM ON A LEASH AND OFF THE STREETS - they will be killed by the Health Dept otherwise. We will post pics of dogs that seem homeless over the next few days. Help us help them!
