kdude - to what end? I'm starting to decide guns don't belong in the courtroom period. As of late the bailiffs can't manage to hang on to their guns - for example:

I'm just of the opinion that they don't belong there at all. use the metal detectors & check 'em at the doors guys & gals.

The only thing that makes me not 100 per cent comfortable with that philosphy is that I've seen (and helped confiscate) what can be snuck through a metal detector - turns out those one shot guns made from a plastic pen casing still do the trick
hard call - just don't see that arming one more person in the courtroom is the way to stop it though
