Has anyone heard anything about electricity expanding to the North or also to areas South of the Airport? I come down a couple times a year and would love to see some things develop in the North, no cars though. I read about the water plant. That is exciting. no more smelly showers!!

No electricity over there yet, in either direction, several people living off the grid though with solar panels and generators. Lots of talk but no action until more people move in and develop their property and pay the infrastructure start up costs for bringing electricity.

If your showers are smelly the well is not be maintained properly, no reason for smelly showers...if all else fails a simple aeration system will fix that....
